Everything you need to know about how we process, package, and deliver your research compounds.
All orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based facility. We are committed to fast, discreet, and reliable delivery for all research compound orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST may be processed the following business day.

We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Puritides Bio Labs or the nature of the products on the exterior. Your privacy is our priority.
Important Policies
- Orders over $700 require an adult signature upon delivery
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
- Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of delivery
- Risk of loss transfers to customer upon carrier acceptance
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Lost shipment claims must be reported within 5 days of expected delivery date
- Customer is responsible for proper storage (-20°C) immediately upon receipt
- We do not currently ship outside of the United States
